What should I do in Israel? Turnhere.com
Wednesday, November 22, 2006
In a little less than a month I’ll begin a two-week trip to Israel, where I’ll be working on a project for school (thank you Schulich!) and touring around the country (thank you Scotia line of credit!). My friend Mathew wrote about turnhere.com today on his blog and I’ve got to admit it’s making me count down the days until departure. What’s great about turnhere.com is that each video is short (~3 mins long) and features a local, who really knows the area, recommending things to do/try when there. (I am definitely going to check out Moshiko for a falafel). There are also tonnes of other videos, including a few from Toronto. I just wish there was one for Tel Aviv, because I don’t have a clue what to do there. 29 days and counting…

Blogging for fun is all fine and good but it’s time to start looking for post-MBA work. In case you didn’t notice it above, I’ve set up RichardBloom.wordpress.com. Check it out. Pass it along to your friends. Your reward shall come in heaven.
